Document Libraries and Custom Columns
At the moment I’m having a difficulty with my document library. I have a column in the library called “Manager”. This is a “People or Group” kind of column which allows you to pick from users in the Manager group.

Local Copy of Document Library
You can copy and paste your documents in the local folders and documents will be automatically uploaded to the site document library. Any change that you make in the local folder will be reflected in the document library.
